Take part in the Dogs for Good services study

Our Partner is working on behalf of the Charity to complete the ‘Dogs For Good Impact’ survey aimed at gathering insights from users of the Charity (‘you’) to better understand the impact of interactions between users, dogs, their families and the wider community.

Our Partner has agreed to collect responses from users so that the charity can better identify and understand any areas for improvement.

Please read this carefully and we’d be grateful to hear from you if you would like to discuss anything in more detail. Please only agree to take part if you really want to. And if you decide not to take part, that’s fine. It will not affect your relationship with Dogs for Good in any way.

  1. The Charity and the Partner

The Charity is: Dogs for Good, registered in England and Wales under number 1092960.

The Partner is Vet AI Limited, registered in England and Wales under number 11343174.

    1. The Survey
      1. The survey will close for responses on the 30th of April 2025 at 5pm and all we ask is that you provide the answers to the best of your ability.
      2. If you are unable to read or understand these terms we ask that any carer, family and/or friend make you aware of these terms and that any carer, family and/or friend who undertakes the survey themselves, understand and accepts these terms also.
      3. As the Charity is hoping to gather better insight into its services, its people, and the impact that these have on you, unfortunately the Partner is unable to accept any responses that are corrupted, or transmitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Some of the questions are not mandatory and you will be able to skip them if you wish to do so.
      4. We are further unable to accept any responses that are:
        1. automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
        2. completed by third parties or in bulk;
        3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
        4. photocopies and not originals.
      5. By submitting a response, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
      6. For help with responses, please contact [email protected].
    2. Eligibility
      1. The survey is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over who have received services from Dogs for Good.
      2. Where you are under 18 years of age, but you would still like to share your responses, your carer, family or friend (provided that they are aged 18 years or over) may complete the Survey on your behalf, we simply ask that you let us know this is the case.
  • Data protection
  • By accepting our terms and conditions, you are giving permission for the data collected during the survey to be shared with our Partner for the purposes outlined above.
      1. If you want to know more about what data we will collect and who has access to it, please contact the Partner at [email protected]
  • If at any point you wish to be removed from the survey contact list, you can write to us at the above email address and let us know that you no longer wish to take part. However, any responses received prior to that date will be kept for a period of 5 years, as required by regulations.
  • Nothing in these terms shall affect your rights in relation to your personal data pursuant to data protection legislation in force in the United Kingdom.
      1. We and the Partner politely request that you provide your name, your age and your email address so that we are able to either provide a follow up survey should we decide to complete the same, and/or so that we can better understand the demographic and community impact, in different locations.
      2. Any results collated through your responses to the survey may be shared with third parties, as well as with us however, the results will be anonymised meaning that no identifiable information of you will be shared publicly.
  • If you would like to provide your response anonymously, please contact the Partner on [email protected] promptly on completing the survey. Please note, we may still share your response with the Charity and/or third parties, if your response outlines an issue which the Partner reasonably believes should be further considered by itself, the Charity, or a third party.
  1. General
    1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
