TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Diet and Weight Management Survey for dogs and cats. By participating in this survey, you
agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

• Participation in the survey is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
• Participants must be pet owners responsible for the diet and weight management of dogs and/or cats.

Survey Completion

• The survey must be completed within 4 weeks of receiving the email invitation to be eligible for the prize draw.
• Failure to complete the survey within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification from the prize
  draw.
• Entries or claims not received, or which are incomplete, illegible, or delayed, will not be accepted.

Prize Draw

• Participants who complete the survey within the specified timeframe will be entered into a prize draw.
• One winner will be selected randomly to receive a prize of £250.
• Maximum one entry per account per prize draw. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using
  alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted.
• The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the prize draw. The prize must be claimed within 10
  days of the initial notification. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner; however, if a prize is not claimed within 10 days a re-draw will take place.
• The prize drawer will be run 5 weeks after the survey is first sent.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
• The decisions of the Promoter are final in relation to the promotion

Personal Data Protection

• Personal data collected in the survey, such as email addresses and phone numbers, will be kept
  confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
• Participant responses will be anonymized and aggregated for analysis purposes

Data Sharing

• Aggregated survey results may be shared with investor partners for research and analysis purposes.
• Individual participant data will not be identifiable in any shared reports or publications.

Survey Accuracy

• Participants agree to provide accurate and honest responses to all survey questions.
• Falsification of survey responses may result in disqualification from the prize draw.

Survey Organizer’s Rights

• The survey organiser reserves the right to modify or terminate the survey at any time without prior notice.
• The survey organiser reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms and conditions or
  engage in fraudulent activity.

Legal Compliance

• Participation in the survey implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.

The prize draw is administered by Vet AI whose registered office address is 33 Park Place, Leeds, England,
LS1.
