Feline Leukaemia Virus in dogs

Feline leukaemia virus is an incurable disease that affects the immune system of cats. There is no known equivalent in dogs. FeLV in cats does not spread to dogs. 

 

Dogs can develop a type of cancer called leukaemia but the cause is not known. There is no known virus that causes this type of cancer in dogs.
