Absolutely incredible service
We contacted them late into the evening because our dog was unwell, and we were really worried about waiting until the next day. We had someone respond to us within seconds, and then we put through to a vet after a small triage. The vet was really helpful and really kind and understanding. It was so easy to be able to upload the photographs and videos required for the vet to be able to assess our dog properly. They gave us some advice and then immediately booked in a follow-up appointment the following morning just to make sure that there had been improvements. We were given this service as part of our insurance plan and I could not recommend it more. 10/10 service. Thank you so so much dr Emma!

A fantastic experience with practical outcomes
Used Joii online vet chat today to receive some guidance for managing a cat with low level pancreatitis, mainly for reassurance and to see if I should be using any meds or supplements. I didn't have to wait long for a vet to be connected. The vet, Claire Abreu, was absolutely fantastic on firstly acknowledging a stressful situation but then proceeding to ask relevant questions and recommend a supplement to try. It was very reassuring, just to be heard and having a space to write my concerns. Sometimes visiting a vet is stressful and you don't have much time and sometimes not everything is understood or remembered - vs a chat that can be saved and read. Thank you - a fantastic experience with some practical outcomes. Feeling very supported now.
