The formula features low levels of phosphorus to help slow the progression of chronic kidney disease and minimise the risk of secondary hyperparathyroidism. Enriched with Omega-3 fatty acids, it helps minimise glomerular hypertension and help support natural anti-inflammatory processes. This non-acidifying diet also helps minimise metabolic acidosis associated with renal failure, promotes a neutral urine pH (6.7 to 7.5), and helps manage calcium oxalate urolithiasis by providing low levels of calcium and vitamin D3.
