  • The £5 discount code is available only to customers with an active Animal Friends Insurance policy. Joii Pet Care reserves the right to request proof of eligibility before the discount code is applied.

3. Discount Code Use

  • The discount code can be applied to any in-stock product at the Joii Pet Care Shop.
  • The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or promotion
  • Each customer is eligible to use the discount code only once.
  • The discount code is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, or shared.

4. Delivery

  • Orders over £35 are eligible for free delivery. Orders under £35 will incur the standard delivery fee.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • If an order is returned, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid. Discounted orders are not eligible for additional promotional refunds.

6. Technical Issues

  • Joii Pet Care is not responsible for any technical errors, failures, or delays in processing orders that may prevent the discount from being applied.
