Joii Pet Care : Testing Promotion & Prize Draw

Participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon registering for this promotion. 

1. Promoter

 2. Eligibility

• This promotion is open only to individuals aged 18 years or over.
• Testing must be completed within the specified time period for each scenario. Timings will be communicated via email.This promotion is open only to individuals who reside in the United Kingdom.
• The promotion is not open to Vet-AI/Joii Pet Care employees, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• Participants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions when registering for this promotion

3. Participation and Selection

• There are limited spaces available. Not all participants may be selected if the testing becomes oversubscribed.
• Joii Pet Care (Vet-AI) reserves the right to select the number of participants required from those who register.

• If testing the beta app using an iPhone, participants must have an iPhone running iOS 15 or later.

4. Testing Requirements

• To be eligible to receive the Joii Gift Card incentive and to be entered into the prize draw, participants must complete all testing scenarios and submitted feedback as outlined in the testing instructions sent via email.
• Testing must be completed within the specified time period for each scenario. Timings will be communicated via email.
• Failure to complete all required testing within the specified timeframes will result in disqualification from incentives and prize draw entry

5. Incentives

• Participants who successfully complete all testing scenarios within the required timeframes will be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 Joii Pet Care Shop Voucher
• The winner will be chosen at random after testing and closed and the voucher will be shared via email.
• Winner will be selected and recieve their prize within 6 weeks of completing the testing.
• We reserve the right to change the incentive but will inform participants should this happen.

6. Prize Draw

• All eligible participants who complete the testing requirements will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a £250 Joii Pet Care Shop voucher.
• The prize is redeemable only at: https://www.joiipetcare.com
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash or any alternative.
• Joii Pet Care reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.
• The prize excludes prescription medication orders.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place within a reasonable period after completion of the promotion.
• The winner will be notified via email.
• If the selected winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, Joii Pet Care reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the promotion, incentives, prize draw, and related communications.
• Data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Joii Pet Care’s Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

• Joii Pet Care accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of participation in this promotion or acceptance of any incentive or prize.
• Joii Pet Care is not responsible for entries or communications that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received due to technical issues.

10. General

• Joii Pet Care reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.
• The decision of Joii Pet Care in all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
