1. virtual vet call
A short, onboarding call with a Joii vet at the outset, outlining the details of the study and answering your questions.
Before the call, you'll receive an email link to a short questionnaire.
2. Download the app
Before your in-person appointment with your vet, we'll prompt you with a link to download the Animal Research Tool (ART) App.
3. Attend your vet appointment
Attend your in-person appointment with your vet as planned. Your vet will also answer some questions as part of the study.
4. Feedback & £25 is yours!
Complete a short feedback survey and receive your £25 thank you!
Your Study Tools
You'll have an online Study Hub so you can keep track of exactly what you need to do. When an action is required, we will contact you via email so don't forget to check spam folders.
Joii studies Web App
This app, created by UK vet-tech company Vet-AI, is where you'll see outstanding actions and you'll also be able to use our 'Get Help' card for help and support.
Animal Research Tool (ART) App
This app hosts VetMetrica™, the Quality of Life tool, used in the study. You’ll be prompted when it’s time to download and use it.
