Calibra VD Dog Ultra-Hypoallergenic Insect Protein is a complete and balanced Veterinary Diet dry dog food, specially formulated for dogs with dermatological or gastrointestinal sensitivities. This limited ingredient formula features insect (30%) and krill (3%) protein, alongside rice starch and coconut oil (8%), offering a novel protein source to minimise allergic reactions. It includes a symptom relief complex with omega-3 fatty acids, essential vitamins, antioxidants, biotin, and minerals, all working synergistically to support healthy skin, optimal digestion, and a robust immune system.

This diet is ideal for dogs suffering from food allergies, intolerances, or inflammatory bowel disease, as well as those undergoing elimination diets to identify dietary triggers.

Composition:

rice starch (42 %), insect protein (30 %), dried apples, coconut oil (8 %), krill protein (3 %), linseed (2 %), salmon oil (2 %), calcium carbonate, algae (1 %, Schizochytrium limacinum), fructo-oligosaccharides (220 mg/kg), β-glucans (200 mg/kg), mannan-oligosaccharides (180 mg/kg), Mojave yucca (150 mg/kg), Lactobacillus acidophilus HA – 122 inactivated (15 x 109 cells/kg).

Micronutrients:

vitamin A, vitamin D3, vitamin E, choline chloride, biotin, calcium-D-pantothenate, niacinamide, organic zinc, organic iron, organic manganese, organic copper, potassium iodide, organic selenium. Contains EU approved natural antioxidants: tocopherol extracts from vegetable oil, ascorbyl palmitate & rosemary extract.
