DOUXO® S3 Pyo Shampoo is an antiseptic shampoo that cleanses and fights bacterial and yeast skin infections. It strengthens and hydrates your pet's skin, leaving their coat soft, shiny, and lightly scented.

DOUXO® S3 Pyo Shampoo cleanses and fights bacterial and yeast skin infections, while strengthening and hydrating your pet’s skin. It leaves the coat soft, shiny, and lightly scented. DOUXO® S3 Pyo products contain chlorhexidine digluconate 3%, which has antiseptic properties. This shampoo is free of soap, sulphates, parabens, nanoparticles, colourant, phthalates, and silicones.

This shampoo is ideal for pets suffering from bacterial or yeast skin infections.

Not recommended for use with DOUXO® S3 Pyo Mousse on cats or DOUXO® S3 Pyo Pads between the toes of cats.

Composition:

The DOUXO Pyo S3 line features several key ingredients that contribute to its effectiveness in treating and maintaining the skin health of pets:

• Ophytrium: A purified, natural ingredient derived from the S3 - Safe Skincare Selection. Ophytrium is known for its high tolerance and triple action benefits. It helps to reinforce the mechanical barrier of the skin, restore the protective microbial flora, and reduce inflammation.

• Chlorhexidine: Present in low doses (typically 3%), this antimicrobial agent is effective against bacteria and fungi, helping to reduce skin infections and support healthy skin.

• Phytosphingosine: A lipid that is a natural component of the skin barrier. It helps to restore the lipid barrier and has anti-inflammatory properties to soothe irritated skin.

With warm water, wet your pets coat. Do not use hot water. Apply DOUXO Pyo by hand, massage into the fur, and leave to act for between 5 and 10 minutes before rinsing clean. Ensure that you avoid the eyes, and repeat the process if necessary.
One 200ml bottle off DOUXO Pyo contains 100 pumps, with a single pump being enough for approximately 2kg of the weight of your pet. If your pet has long and/or thick fur, then you should double the application.
