Swedencare Kalm Aid Cat Gel helps maintain calm and relaxation in cats by providing L-tryptophan and green tea extract, which stimulate serotonin production, and Thiamine (Vitamin B1), essential for preventing nervous disorders. Available in a 50 ml gel, the dosage is one pump (2 ml) daily for small cats and two pumps for large cats.
For short-term use, administer 1-2 hours before an anxious event, and increase if needed. For individual events causing fear or anxiety, give a double dose an hour prior, up to three times daily. For long-term behavioral management, give half the standard dose daily, reducing as improvement occurs. Apply to the back of the paw or mix with food, and store in a cool, dry place between 15-25°C, away from direct sunlight.
