Atopica Solution for Cats Elanco Atopica Solution for Cats offers a unique mode of action that inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines, providing effective relief from feline allergic dermatitis without the need for steroids. This proven solution helps break the itch-lick-scratch cycle, offering long-term control and comfort for cats. It's a highly rated, easy-to-dose oral solution.

This solution is ideal for cats suffering from allergic dermatitis, including those exhibiting excoriations (especially on the face and neck), miliary dermatitis, eosinophilic plaques, and self-induced alopecia. It is suitable for cats at least 6 months of age.

Not recommended for cats with a history or suspicion of malignant disorders, feline leukaemia virus (FeLV) or feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) infection, or hypersensitivity to cyclosporine. It is not to be used with other immunosuppressive agents. It is important for cats to avoid exposure to Toxoplasma gondii during treatment. Use with caution in cats with diabetes mellitus or renal insufficiency, and with drugs that affect the P-450 enzyme system.

Dosage: 7 mg/kg once daily.
✔️ suitable for cats over 6 months of age and weighing over 2.3kg
✔️ suitable for dogs weighing over 2kg and over 6 months of age

✔️ Dog dose is 5mg/kg once a day given one hour before or two hours after a meal, directly into the mouth
