Description
ROYAL CANIN® Veterinary Renal Special Adult Dog Food is a dry kibble diet expertly formulated to nutritionally support adult dogs diagnosed with Chronic Renal Insufficiency. This complete and balanced diet is designed with a restricted phosphorus content and moderate, high-quality proteins to actively support renal function. It also features an adapted energy content, which helps to reduce meal volume and can be particularly beneficial for dogs experiencing a decreased appetite. A dedicated kibble shape and specific aromatic profile are included to help stimulate your dog's appetite, especially in cases of food aversion.
This food is ideal for adult dogs with Azotaemic Chronic Kidney Disease (IRIS stage 2 to stage 4) or Chronic Kidney Disease with proteinuria (IRIS stage 1 to 4).
Not recommended for cases of growth, gestation/lactation, or pancreatitis.
